The WW1 Memorial Photograph Project details are now available via the History section/War Memorial photos page. Please have a look and try and help us match names to the photographs that are not identified.

The wayside stall held on Saturday 28th August outside the bus shelter in South Creake raised a fantastic £710.59 for help with the flood victims in Pakistan. Well done to all concerned and thanks also go those who purchased items from the stall.

After the 'Big Picnic', the next event organised by the 'Community Group' is a Sports Taster Day being held on the playing field on Sunday September 19th. For further details go to the Community Events page via the Villagers' Pages link.

There was very good attendance at the August 7th lunch and we made £42.00. There will be no lunch in September though. The Soup lunches will return on October 2nd and November 6th. The costs to us have risen alarmingly, hence the need for us to raise the price by 50p. So we hope that you will come and enjoy a two course lunch for £4.50 and meet your friends for a nice chat in a very friendly place. See you there in October??
