Agenda Apr 27th 2011 SOUTH CREAKE PARISH COUNCIL To South Creake Parishioners. You are invited to attend an extraordinary meeting * to be held in the Ostrich Function Room, South Creake on Wednesday Apr 27th 2011 at 7.30pm. AGENDA 1. Welcome from the Chairman. 2. To receive, consider and accept apologies for abscence. 3. To receive declaration of interests on agenda items. Please indicate whether the interest is a personal one only or one which is also prejudicial. A declaration of a personal interest should indicate the nature of the interest and the agenda item to which it relates. In the case of a personal interest, the member may speak and vote on the matter. If a prejudicial interest is declared, the member should withdraw from the room whilst the matter is discussed. 4. A resolution to adjourn the meeting for any Parishioners Questions and Statements 5. To finalise the granting of a lease on part of the recreation ground for the New Memorial Pavilion, to the War Memorial Institute Trustees 6. To consider the use of the New Memorial Pavilion and whether it will be for the greater enjoyment of the recreation ground (registered as a village green) for recreation or sporting purposes * LGA. 1972.
