Agenda Feb 7th 2011 SOUTH CREAKE PARISH COUNCIL To South Creake Parishioners. You are invited to attend the Parish Council Meeting to be held in the Ostrich Function Room, South Creake on Monday Feb 7th 2011 at 7.30pm. AGENDA 1. Welcome from the Chairman 2. To receive, consider and accept apologies for abscence 3. To receive Declaration of Interests on Agenda items Please indicate whether the interest is a personal one only or one which is also prejudicial. A declaration of a personal interest should indicate the nature of the interest and the agenda item to which it relates. In the case of a personal interest, the member may speak and vote on the matter. If a prejudicial interest is declared, the member should withdraw from the room whilst the matter is discussed. 4. A resolution to adjourn the meeting for Parishioners Questions and Statements and the County / Borough Councillor's Report. 5. To confirm as correct the minutes of the meeting held on January 10th 2011 6. Matters arising from the minutes for information only 7. To note General Correspondence received 8. Highway matters a. Matters reported to the Clerk prior to the meeting 9. Footway Lighting a. To receive report any lighting problems 10. Finance a. To approve the accounts for payment b. To note finance received c. To consider and approve the December Financial Statement d. To note the estimate for the tree surgery - Willow Trees on the Green 11. Planning Matters a. To note any Planning Applications approved / refused by the Borough Planning Dept. b. To note correspondence received by the Clerk regarding the Section 106 Agreement Leicester Road c. To receive a report on the Planning Training Day held at King's Lynn 12. Memorial Pavilion. To consider the provision of a lease for land on the Playing Field to the Trustees of the Memorial Pavilion 13. To consider a Standing Order regarding the Voice Recording of Parish Council Meetings 14. Allotment Matters a. To consider the appointment of Allotment Wardens at the Back Street and Leicester Road Sites 15.
