Agenda Jan 10th 2011 SOUTH CREAKE PARISH COUNCIL To South Creake Parishioners. You are invited to attend the Parish Council Meeting to be held in the Ostrich Function Room, South Creake on Monday Jan 10th 2011 at 7.30pm. AGENDA 1. Welcome from the Chairman. 2. To receive, consider and accept apologies for abscence. 3. To receive declaration of interests on agenda items. Please indicate whether the interest is a personal one only or one which is also prejudicial. A declaration of a personal interest should indicate the nature of the interest and the agenda item to which it relates. In the case of a personal interest, the member may speak and vote on the matter. If a prejudicial interest is declared, the member should withdraw from the room whilst the matter is discussed. 4. A resolution to adjourn the meeting for a talk by Mr Peter Morris, West Norfolk VCA followed by Parishioners Questions and Statements and the Borough/County Councillor's Report 5. To confirm as correct the minutes of the meeting held on December 6th 2010. 6. Matters arising from the minutes for information only. 7. To note General Correspondence received. a. Norfolk County Council: Further details of the proposed Power and Recycling Plant at King's Lynn. b. Borough Council: Mini Service Review - Parish Council Elections. c. Barclays Bank: Details of the proposed closure of the Burnham Market Branch. 8. Highway matters. a. Matters reported to the Clerk prior to the meeting. b. Norfolk County Council: 2010 - 11 Gritting Routes. c. NALC: Details of gritting which could be carried out by Parish Councils. 9. Footway Lighting. a. To receive reports of any lighting problems. 10. Finance. a. To approve the accounts for payment. b. To note finance received. c. To consider and approve the November Financial Statement. 11. Planning Matters. a. To confirm the recommended approval of Planning Application 10/02048/F Conversion of redundant Stable Block to elderly parents unit annexed to house and long term as a holiday letting unit. Cranmer Cottages, The Common. b. 10/00093/TreeCa Crown Reduction of Willow trees, The Green South Creake. 12. Update on the control of rabbits and moles on the Playing Field. 13.
