Resolution to adjourn the meeting for the County and Borough Councillors Reports and Parishioners Questions and Statements 5. To confirm the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on June 1st 2009 and the Planning Meeting held on June 15th 2009 6. Matters arising from the minutes for information only 7. To note General Correspondence received a. Norfolk Playing Fields Assoc.: Agenda and date of the AGM, at Easton College on July 16th at 6pm b. Borough Council: Details of a Local Government Reorganisation Briefing Session at King’s Lynn on July 15th, 6.30pm c. Norfolk Archaeological Trust: Copy of the Spring Newsletter 8. Highway matters a. Matters reported to the Clerk prior to the meeting b. To consider a request that Norfolk County Council place a dropped kerb at the unofficial parking area near the Bus Shelter c. To consider the delay in verge grass cutting in the area 9. Footway Lighting a. To receive reports of lighting problems 10. To receive an update on Council’s bid for Quality Status 11. Finance a. To approve the accounts for payment (list at meeting) and to note Bank Balances b. To note finance received 12. Planning Matters a.
