Agenda Mar 7th 2011 SOUTH CREAKE PARISH COUNCIL To South Creake Parishioners. You are invited to attend the Parish Council Meeting to be held in the Ostrich Function Room, South Creake on Monday Mar 7th 2011 at 7.30pm. AGENDA 1. Welcome from the Chairman. 2. To receive, consider and accept apologies for abscence. 3. To receive declaration of interests on agenda items. Please indicate whether the interest is a personal one only or one which is also prejudicial. A declaration of a personal interest should indicate the nature of the interest and the agenda item to which it relates. In the case of a personal interest, the member may speak and vote on the matter. If a prejudicial interest is declared, the member should withdraw from the room whilst the matter is discussed. 4. A resolution to adjourn the meeting for a talk by Mr Peter Morris, West Norfolk VCA followed by Parishioners Questions and Statements and the Borough/County Councillor's Report 5. Norfolk County Council: Information on Royal Wedding Street Parties and Road Closures 9. Footway Lighting. a. To receive reports of any lighting problems. 10. Finance. a. To note accounts paid prior to the meeting b. To approve accounts for payment c. To consider and approve the January Financial Statement 11. Planning Matters. a. 11/00246/F Installation of a surface mounted 1200ltr LPG bulk fuel tank at 4 Avondale Road b. Applications approved / refused by Borough Development Service c.
