AGENDA 1. Welcome from the Chairman 2. a. To elect a Chairman for the financial year 2009 - 2010 b. To elect a Vice-Chairman for the financial year 2009 - 2010 3. To receive, consider and accept apologies for absence 4. To receive declaration of interests on agenda items 5. To adjourn the meeting to allow further Parishioners Questions 6. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on April 6th 2009 7. Matters arising from the minutes for information only 8. To note general correspondence received a. Norfolk ALC: Copy of the Norfolk Link b. Equality and Human Rights Commission: Details of the Public Sector Equality Duties c. Norfolk County Council: Briefing Notes on the Boundary Committee’s Review on Local Government 9. Highway Matters a. Matters reported to the Clerk prior to the meeting 10. Finance a. To consider and approve the accounts for the financial year 2008 - 2009 b. To approve the accounts for payment (list at meeting) c. To approve the continuation of the Council’s Direct Debits d.
