AGENDA 1. Welcome from the retiring Vice-Chairman 2. To receive, consider and accept apologies for absence 3. a. To elect a Chairman b. To elect a Vice-Chairman 4. To receive declaration of interests on agenda items Please indicate whether the interest is a personal one only or one which is also prejudicial. A declaration of a personal interest should indicate the nature of the interest and the agenda item to which it relates. In the case of a personal interest, the member may speak and vote on the matter. If a prejudicial interest is declared, the member should withdraw from the room whilst the matter is discussed. 5. A resolution to adjourn the meeting for any further Parishioners Questions and Statements and the Borough/County Councillor's Report 6. To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on April 14th 2011 and the extraordinary meeting held on April 27th 2011 7. Matters arising from the minutes for information only 8. To note general correspondence received 9. Highway Matters a. Matters reported to the Clerk prior to the meeting 10. Footway Lighting a. To recieve reports of any lighting problems 11. Finance a. To note the accounts paid prior to the meeting b. To approve the accounts for payment (list at meeting) c. To consider and approve the accounts for the financial year 2010/2011 d. To consider and approve new bank signatories e. To approve the continuation of Council's bank direct debits 12. Planning Matters a. Any Planning Applications received after the date of this agenda b. To note and applications approved / refused by Borough Planning Control c. To note the response from Flagship Housing and the NALC Legal Department regarding the Leicester Road 106 Agreement 13. To appoint a Parish Council Representative to the South Creake Charities Trustees 14. To consider any Allotment Matters 15.
