SOUTH CREAKE PARISH COUNCIL

Minutes of a Planning Meeting held at 28 Fakenham Road South Creake on Monday June 15th 2009 at 7pm.

Present: Councillors L Ringwood, Chairman, R Wakeman, G Allen. D Cox, C Gardner, T Harrison, V May, R Maslin and the Clerk.

1. The Chairman welcomed members to the meeting and explained the reasons why it had been necessary to call a special meeting.

2. Apologies for absence.
It was agreed to accept apologies for absence from Councillor Mrs A Harvey (illness)

3. Declaration of Interests on Agenda Items
Councillor T Harrison: Planning Application 09/00828/F. Creake Plant Centre.(prejudicial)

4. Planning
a. 09/00780/F. Single storey dwelling at Corncroft Cottage, The Green, South Creake.
It was unanimously agreed that the Parish Council should support this application.
b. 09/00828/F. Re-siting of Portacabin and siting of Summer House at Creake Plant Centre, Leicester Road South Creake.
Councillor T Harrison gave details of the proposal and left the meeting.
Members then considered the application which was similar to a previous application which had been approved by the Borough Council and agreed to support the proposals.

With no other business the Chairman closed the meeting at 7 35pm.
